Terms
Recorrido produces content from materials and information supplied by the customer. The customer must have permission to use those materials.
Service
Recorrido turns customer-provided listing photos, links, and facts into real-estate content. You must have permission to use those materials and provide accurate, accessible information.
Payment and delivery
Stripe is the payment authority and shows the final amount before charging. The public catalog is in USD. We normally deliver within 24 hours after the listing is complete and accessible, without promising a specific sale or performance result.
Permitted use
Do not use Recorrido for materials that infringe third-party rights, mislead buyers, or violate law. Virtual staging is identified as such. We do not invent property features.
Support
Questions about Recorrido, pricing, checkout, delivery, and photo requirements are handled at support@getrecorrido.com. Refund, contract, and custom-pricing decisions require human review.
